More Cramps/Pressure/Discomfort with #3 - Early On?

I'm 7.5 weeks pregnant with #3. I have no history of m/c but this pregnancy has me freaked out. I spotted bright red exactly 1 week ago for about an hour and then it turned to pink/brown tinged CM for 2 1/2 days.

For the last 4 days I have had a lot of gas-like pressure in my uterus but it isn't gas, light cramps (not round ligaments) and lower back aches that are relieved by movement or lying down. Of course I'm worried about m/c, but am also thinking that I may be more uncomfortable because it's my 3rd. The only thing giving me hope right now is that I have all day sickness still. I *REALLY* want to avoid an U/S.

Any Mamas with 3+ have a similar experience?

:hug I'm about as far along as you with my third baby. I have spotted this time, and I never did with my first two. I had a previously scheduled ultrasound on Monday, and it showed that babe was fine and had a lovely heartbeat. I don't have cramps, but sometimes have pressure/discomfort. I am nauseous most of the day (I think it's worse this time than the previous two times, but maybe I just blocked it out!). The spotting is much more common than people realize. Since you don't want an U/S, I guess the best course of action is to just wait it out (hard, I know). That fact that you still have m/s is a really good sign. A friend of mine had 4 miscarriages, and she said that with each one, as soon as she started to see blood, her m/s went away as well.
