my ds still soils his pants on a fairly regular basis. he doesnt like wiping his own bottom, i get that and so is reluctant to go at school, but he also doesnt go to the toilet when he is at home and i am available to wipe him.

i am worried that he will get teased at school, how do i help him. he has always had trouble in this area it has been an ongoing issue starting as soon as he came out of nappies - what can i do?
