morning sickness or just plain sick?!

How can you tell the difference? I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant and last night I puked everything I ate for dinner - and then some! Lots of people with stomach bugs going around.. so how in the heck can I tell the difference!? I haven't vomited today, but feel nauseous. :( BLAH!

If it keeps going beyond today, chances are it's morning sickness. If it continues to get worse (to the point where you can't keep anything down in 24 hours) then it could be hyperemesis. If it gets to that point do go in to get rehydration and medication to help. :hug
