33w0d is this 33 weeks, or 34 weeks?
I have just assumed that 33w0d - 33w6d is "33 weeks", but I have found that some people say 34 weeks for this.
I am also 33 years old, and although I'm technically in my 34th year (:eek), I say I'm 33, not 34.
So confused :dizzy:

I think between 33w0d and 33w6d, you're 33 weeks, but you're in your 34th week. Right now, I'm 10w0d. I'm 10 weeks, but I'm in my 11th week of pregnancy, I think. I could be wrong, but that's how I figure it.

Well that's what I had thought, but I was chatting with someone last week who insisted that 33w0d - 33w6d is actually "34 weeks" instead of "being in your 34th week".
I thought I was just maybe in denial and figured that "33 weeks" sounded like I had more time :lol

Goodness I just say I am either 20 weeks or if getting close to 20w6d I will say almost 21 weeks but I never really care that much about technically what week I am on ;)

If you're unsure, just say "I'm in my 34th week." Then you are right either way :)
