anyone cramping?

i am having cramps..not very painful but very noticeable. im wondering if i never noticed this before b/c i didnt know i was prego at 2 weeks prior and could have just thought it was pms.

I always have cramping in the early weeks. It sounds strange because our babies are so tiny still, but the uterus begins to stretch and grow even this early. As long as they are not very painful I wouldn't worry about it too much. Drink some red raspberry leaf tea to help your uterus calm down a bit.

thanks DID. im just paranoid b/c i had an ectopic 20 years ago and if i have another there will be no hope for me. :(

I always have light cramping early on. It can be a little unnerving, but I think it's completely normal.

I had cramping this past week, and a few times I did get a little nervous. I also had light spotting on Wednesday (the day AF would have come) and the day after. I tried working out once this week and afterwards felt cramps so I decided to take it easy for the rest of the week.

I think it's just our bodies trying to figure out what to do. At times, I've felt cramping so strong like AF was starting, and was so scared. But nothing has happened. So far, so good, still sticky. :thumb

I tend to get cramps a few times a day but it's lessening... I have with each of my kids....:thumb

:hug That must be so scary. Try not to worry though, a bit of cramping in the first trimester is totally normal!

thanks everyone. of course, i went to pick up my milk today and i fell on my bum and my head..literally i slipped on the ice and my legs went out from under me..i feel on my bum and then hit my head against the ice too. :(
