Hello to my new DDC! (Hopefully!)
I got a light but definite BFP at 12 DPO yesterday.:love

Do any of you know about how to use/stop using vitex once you get a BFP?
When I did a search on line, I found everything from "Vitex is not recommended during pregnancy" to "some women have found vitex to prevent miscarriage..."
I really want to know the right thing to do!
If Vitex works by stimulating the pituitary gland and producing more progesterone...when is it safe to believe the body can take over in its natural job?

(BTW, I did not use vitex with my first pregnancy with DD...) This time I was showing subtle signs of low progest.
