Bleeding every 2 weeks for the past 1 1/2 months

I am 11 months post partum, and have only had one period, at least I believe it was. I have been "dry" (no detectable cervical fluid) at all. Since mid-July, I've been bleeding every 2 weeks, for 1-3 days at a time. What on earth could be happening? Like I said, I've had no fertile-quality cervical fluid, I've been pretty dry all this time. These bleeding occurrances seem to happen 2-3 days after I have sex. Any ideas? Perhaps a preg test is in order (I'm pretty sure I'm not preg)?

TCOYF mentions this....sometimes women bleed a little at ovulation too....do they alternate in heaviness (like one time light, then the next time heavier, then the next time light)?
