leaking fluids and Ph swab test questions

I was paranoid a few weeks ago about leaking fluids because I noticed really thin mucus and my midwife told me to come in and she could do a swab to check. It was negative and she gave me an extra one to use at home if I felt worried again. I didn't ask how far I should insert it and could it be inserted too far causing it to be dangerous?

Has anyone else actually felt the discharge running down and out of your vagina? I always wear a panty liner and I could feel the discharge coming out so I was concerned that it could be leaking fluids.

I've thought I was leaking fluids this whole pregnancy. its been horrible for me. But really its just pee! I started very early. Also, you get a lot of mucus when you're pregnant so that could be it too. I know its scary but I'm sure it nothing.
