Insomnia was discussed in another thread, but I figured I'd post it for all to see. I used this herbal tincture at 4am when I couldn't get back to sleep after nursing the toddler, and it worked like a CHARM! Peaceful, relaxing sleep. Most of my insomnia right now is probably anxiety related, but, it can't hurt to try it. I am now a big believer!

It has Passion Flower, Scullcap Leaf, and Hops. I have heard of also using straight Hops tincture.

I found it at Whole Foods but I have also seen it at a store we have here called Pharmaca. The big bottle is $9.99 there, but I ended up buying these little teeny bottles because there was a 4-pack pregnancy kit for $12.49, the other ones are Cold Remedy, Digestive Ease, and Stress Relief, all problems I anticipate having on at least some level. :p
