So we see a Reproductive Endocrinologist and we get an u/s every week.

So today we saw our little black dot, i mean baby!

That's really all it looked like but its in utero and looks picture perfect! I'm so excited!

Yay, for the little black dots. We saw one recently too. Ours had a little flicker-the heartbeat. It's such a peace of mind to know that everything is in its right place. I'm just curious, whay are you seeing a RE and getting ultrasouns every week? Sorry if it's too personal, but I'm nosy like that. Feel free to tell me to mind my own business.

No, its fine! I had endometriosis and it was causing me to have fertility problems. I went to schedule a surgery to treat the endo but they said I was not having LH surges and this was probably the main reason I wasn't pregnant yet, and that it was most likely caused by the endo. So to try to get me pregnant so I could avoid the surgery, I had one hcg shot that acts as a synthetic LH surge, the doctor told us when to DTD and we got pregnant! So I'm not really considered super high risk or anything since I don't have too much of a history of miscarraige, its just standard procedure that they check you once a week because they worked hard to get the baby there I guess! I'll be released to the midwives at 10 weeks and it'll be like the baby got there of its own accord:thumb
