Hi Mamas,

How is everyone feeling today? Any symptoms yet? Anything special happening today?

I'm really tired, have sore boobs, and have had some morning sickness starting. I'm not too happy on the last one... I never got it with my DS. :eyesroll Today is a hugely busy day today, it's the first day I start watching my friends DD.

I hope you are all having wonderful Tuesdays.

Sorry you aren't feeling the best Allison. Try getting small bits of carbs into your system often. that helps me.

I'm just feeling nervous. Just waiting. Hoping my little bean is growing away.

Thanks for asking!

I'm ok. I overslept by an hour and a half this morning :eyesroll

I still made sure I ate a decent breakfast, took too long to get to lunch and I feel like I just made sweet love to a sandwich :wink

I am a bit tired. I have rehearsal tonight--I'm a dancer--and we were off last week. I am a little concerned for my energy level, but the midwife I met with yesterday said to keep up with my activities because it helps with morning sickness, should it decide to arrive, unless I am just feeling too wretched.

in general, all is well.

No symptoms except that I'm hot. Very hot. No morning sickness, not nothing. I think that my due date is 12/26, but I'll probably deliver in January. First babies usually go a little longer, right?

I have a caffeine withdrawal headache. Bleah. It shouldn't last too long. I'm also eating lots of chocolate, since it may help prevent pre-eclampsia.:)

No preggo symptoms, except that I'm running a little warmer than usual.

Looks like hubby has strep throat though...and, of course, now my throat is starting to ache. He'll get tested tomorrow and then I guess I'll have to go in too if he's positive. I hate the thought of taking antibiotics when pregnant. Ugh. Hoping that DS and I don't catch whatever it is that he has.

I'm experiencing light tiredness, frequent urination, morning sickness, sore breasts, and intense hunger....I hope my morning sickness isn't to the degree I had with my last baby...it lasted most of the pregnancy. I've been busy sucking on sour candy.

Wishing everyone the best during this journey,

"feeling craptastic" hahaha!
I've never heard that before, hilarious!

I am sleepless! I think maybe just the thought of being pregnant has given me an excuse to take a nap in the day so I"m not tired in the night.

I have been sleepless since before we found out. (looking back now...it has been since I conceived.) I fall asleep between 3-4am, wake up at 7 take DD to school, fall back alseep for another 3 hours, grand total of 8 hours, and cant go back to sleep until wee hours of the morning. This baby only like 8 hours of sleep...NOT FAIR. I'm a sleeper, 10-12 hours and I'm happy.

Yes, sour candy helps...briefly, but it helps. Also, ginger, peppermint, "morning sickness magic" (it is a mix you can buy from Mother's Bliss), also vitamin B6.....

I have the nausea that just sits up in my throat - it's not in my stomach, but lodged up high. And I'm excited about it! With my miscarriage pregnancy, I didn't really feel sick like I did with ds, so I'm taking this as a sticky sign. I'm buying crystalized ginger and Reed's ginger beer to stop it. I lost about 20 pounds with ds in the first trimester, but that wasn't a bad thing since I'm heavy (219 at last weigh - thanks hypothyroidism!). Maybe the same will happen this time. Who knows?

Oh, I think today begins the nausea for real for me. I felt a little icky yesterday, but this morning I had to sit down about it. I had soup for breakfast and it helped. I am now officially waking up at 4 or 5am ever day to pee, which I have NEVER done. and I am sleeping a lot more. I think some part of me is still wondering if it's really real, even though I know it is :o
