:irked: I feel like I have to unbutton my pants by the end of the work day. for real. I have some real concerns about how long my clothes can take the battering from my bloated belly.

I start the day unbuttoned! I've got perma-bloat! :wink
Does it ever end, or is the bloat just replaced by the growing uterus? Because I look 4 months pregnant already!

It could go away and it could not. It all depends on genetics and stuff. Are you eating things you don't usually eat? That can cause it. I broke down Friday night and had pizza and I'm gluten intolerant and I paid for it. Must.Resist.Pizza. :lol

My belly never went all the way away after DD. Actually, I was just getting into this workout class and finally got my abs sort of strong and :+ My jeans are already uncomfortable. Maybe it's all in my head.

No, that's the strange thing! I'm eating mostly the same stuff, except a little healthier and way less sugar - I have no interest in sugar, which is REALLY WEIRD for me. So I guess I'm not eating things I normally eat? Hmmm... cupcakes as a cure for bloat... haha, doubtful! :wink

You need the rubber band trick. That helps to give you a bit of extra room.

PLEASE share! what's the rubber band trick? :Sheepish:

Oh, I've done the rubber band trick!

You just loop a rubber band through your button hole and then loop both of the 'bunny ears' over the button. Stretchyness!

I've been loving the yoga pants fad. Yoga pants are the new essential pair of my wardrobe. Now if only this pair of black ones I got from Old Navy would quit bleeding onto my other clothes..

Oh god, ME TOO. I'm getting exhausted trying to suck in my stomach all the time... but sheesh, I already LOOK pregnant!

Me three. I'm already wearing the maternity clothes cause I can't stand anything binding across my belly. The rubber band trick still works, but I just can't stand it. And I can't wear my wedding ring. :(

Serena, get ya some of those Shout Color Catchers...they soak up excess dye in the wash so it doesn't get on your other clothes. I use 'em in every load.

I'm not bloated, just fat. My jeans were a tight fit before so I used being preggers as an excuse to buy some maternity shorts. I LOVE old navy ones since they have half panels but they don't feel like maternity, just comfy!

Hah, I should. Though I've not had any wash problems.

Actually, the big problem is the off white sheet on my bed. When I go nurse DD to sleep, I make this shadow on the bed that lasts for two washes... stupid pants.

lol Me too!! The thought of anything really filled with sugar actually makes me nautious! Which is weird! Like cake sounds sooo disgusting right now!

DP is so cute and said we can get an ice cream cake for our wedding in August... I'm semi sad though because before I got pregnant I was looking forward to the yummy cake the one bakery makes that we were going to go to. lol Oh well... ice cream is fine by me, that is the only sweet that sounds yummy. lol

I hear ya! I had to unbutton my pants last week and was telling my MIL I'm thinking of going and getting the next size pants up for more comfort, and she was like, "just get maternity now! They are cute now and stretchy, so will grow with you."

I don't know if I'm convinced though. lol I mean it's so early! lol But I do get uncomfortable feeling...

Oooooh, thanks for the rubber band trick--I will try it. Last night I just went online and ordered a size up in pants (not jeans!) from old navy :innocent

The other morning we were running out to the farmers' market and renaissance faire, and my husband said something about me wearing sweats - he HATES sweats.

Apparently I gave him the "you have 3 seconds to live, so START RUNNING" face, because he immediately backpedaled and said "OH! NEVERMIND! I guess it's probably just how it's going to go for a while..."

I offered to go get him a shovel so he could dig a BIGGER hole... or his own grave, his choice...

Aaanyway, my ass is going to Old Navy today and buying some yoga pants. I'm rubber-band-tricking today, and I still feel like my stomach is in my throat because they're so tight. ICK! :irked:

My dress pants don't have a button... they have the clasp things, so I can't utilie the rubber band trick. :(
