Finding separate vaccines in Ireland?

i just moved to dublin from the states and have a new baby. i know the first round of shots here is a 5-in-1 shot for DTaP, Hib and polio...i am hoping there is a way i can separate them like i did in the US, DTaP as one shot and Hib and polio each separately.. i asked my GP but he said it couldnt be done, is there a central place i can contact to find out? thanks!

They have a section for GPs/clinics that offer single vaccinations or just ask at the messageboard or forum.
