Full Bladder for transvaginal ultrasound?

I am having a transvaginal ultrasound in a couple hours. Should I have a full bladder? The RE's office did not specify and they are out to lunch currently.

I've had two transvaginal ultrasounds and each time they had me empty my bladder before the ultrasound.

Empty your bladder! I have had 12 transvag ultrasounds this preg (yes, 12, long story), and they need your bladder to be empty to get accurate measurements.
