I can't stop myself from posting here one second longer.

If everything goes all right, I would be due right around January 1. So far I've had one ectopic pregnancy, one early miscarriage, and one awesome pregnancy that resulted in my 2.5yo daughter.

We know this one's not ectopic, but it was too early to see much else on the ultrasound, so I'll find out more next week. Until then I'm trying to simultaneously think happy-baby thoughts and not get overly attached. Fun!

Oh, and I wasn't posting on the thread, but this was my first cycle taking maca. I'm still taking it.

Maca is a root vegetable that...hmm. Here is the Maca thread (http://mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=865013). Because I am feeling not very articulate at the mo'. :)

I fully beleive I am here by the help of Maca and Vitex. I had not ovulated since December... then I ovulated one month, finally!, after starting the Maca and Vitex. :D

Prism, did you see the studies cited about how maca increases fertility in both men and women? There were a few, about halfway down the first page.

There's some evidence that maca helps your body make enough progesterone in early pregnancy. So I'll keep taking it through the first trimester.

Can I just ask how you know it is not ectopic? I thought the earliest you could U/S to r/o ectopic is 6 weeks?

TIA

and Congrats:)

We did an ultrasound at like 5w5d. There was a gestational sac with a yolk sac -- so pretty good indicator of an intrauterine pregnancy.
