Pregnant with Twins While Nursing a Toddler

I am 9 1/2 weeks pregnant with identical twins and am currently nursing my 20 month old daughter.

Did anyone else nurse a toddler while pregnant with twins or more?

My doctor has suggested that I wean my daughter, but I am finding it VERY difficult to do (she is pretty attached; admittedly, so am I). I plan on weaning her slowly- but now am concerned that my nursing her is going to cause problems in the immediate future for the twins.

Help?! TIA!
