Hello I'm a newbie

Hello!!! Congrats to Everyone!

My name is Wendy and I am 27 years old happily married to my hubby Chris of 4 years. We have a 4 year old son and I'm pregnant again for the sixth time. Nope not a typo I've had a few mc's last year and hoping this bean sticks. I have 4 weeks 1 day today.

I had my beta's on May 13th at hCG 83 and prog 73.4 (approx 3 weeks 6 days)

Anyone have any ideas on the prog so high... yep I was on Clomid but twins not confirmed yet. I'm leaving in a few to go get my second beta done and I will find out those results tomorrow but maybe someone else can have an insight of what's going on with high prog. I just hope my numbers are coming in double time :)

Anyway, I would like to meet everyone!!!!!!:thumb So nice to meet you in advance!

Welcome Wendy! I am right there with you with a pre-schooler and pregnancy #6. I don't know much about progesterone numbers, but betas I'm quite familiar with. :wink My first beta was at 12DPO and it was a 46, I was concerned it was low, but from what I have seen it was not. It looks like your beta was about 13-14DPO. So, 83 is AWESOME! My 19DPO beta was 1758. My OB wouldn't do it sooner than a week later because I was "soo early" :irked: Make sure to update us on today's numbers!! Welcome!! :thumb

I spoke with the nurse this morning and got my results. My hCG went from 83 on Tues to 326 on Thurs. GREAT numbers!!! I think I can be a little relaxed now. Thank you for listening to me it helps so much. I will probably have to repeat on Monday.
