:( My feet are not cute any more they are poofy slabs.
Ideas for making them better? Things I should watch out for?

lol I have never heard them called "poofy"
Actually I heard soaking them in water helps. It seems like it wouldn't. Elevation of course. I think I read that people say NOT to eat salt, but actually that could make it worse.
I was happy to be my biggest in the fall and not the dead heat of summer because of this very reason.
A baby in the belly usually equals poofy feet. :hug You're cute everywhere else I'm sure. :)

Yes, elevation helps, but it won't bring them all the way back down to original size :p I don't like the poofiness either, but I do keep my toenails painted - that makes me feel like they look cute :D

:D I'll try that.
It's just so annoying because I swear they were fine on Tuesday and then by the end of the day Wednesday--POOF!

^ This is what I do. Actually I have some nice bath salts - they're epsom salts scented with lavender and ylang ylang. I soak in a tub. It helps my swollen fingers, too.
Also when I'm home from work in the evenings I try to keep the feets elevated as much as possible.
The swelling was so bad one day that my shoes actually bruised my toes beneath the toenails on each of my big toes. Not exactly cute little piggies!

I'm only 14 weeks...and my feet are already poofy at the end of the day :( Swimming helps a lot (totally submerged in a poo) the pressure all around helps to help your kidneys get rid of the fluid. So does a massage, especially if they can work everywhere below the knee. Watch out with both those things...the need to pee can come on fast! :)
