View Full Version : Anyone TTC after a placenta abruption loss?

My doctor said I can TTC after I have 3 period cycles and that I'm not at any higher risk than another woman to get a Subchorionic hematoma or a Placenta Abruption, but I'm very scared. I don't think I can handle going through this again. I'm not ready to even think about TTC very soon, but I wondered if anyone is TTC after a situation similar to mine.

Do you know if we have much of a higher risk because of the SCH? My doctor said no, but I'm still not sure.

a much higher risk of another sch or a higher risk of something else?

My perinatologist said that someone who's had one SCH has a slightly higher risk of having another than someone who has not. But he said, that doesn't mean that I'm *likely* to have another. Does that make sense?
