I got an offer for a job in Dublin. If we can work out contract details, we will be moving in mid-August. I'm excited and freaking out. We are coming from the midwest.

A great place to stay, friendly & warm ppl, good and various organic food options and great universities should you want to pursue some studies too.
And..... you can travel so easily to explore whole Europe.

I'm from Ireland living in the US. Have a few friends living in Dublin. Very cosmo city - one of trendiest in Europe. Lots of stuff to do. Very expensive - especially with the Euro being so strong. Even though housing market in Dublin is still outrageously over-priced, there are tons of houses on the market, so definitely a good time to buy. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
