maybe that's not the right way to phrase it, but his front 2 teeth aren't straight on the bottom, they seem to be pointy on the edges and slightly higher in the center.
does this mean he has a deficiency? he's got 6 and the rest seem ok.
I'm highly sensitive because dd got cavities really early, so I'm brushing and checking his often.
