I'm 6 weeks on Tuesday and still no real symptoms. I can't be the only one that doesn't feel pregnant at all, right? It's really weird.

I, too, will be 6 weeks on Tuesday. So far my only consistent symptom has been exponential breast growth and soreness. Today I was feeling a tiny bit wonky, but I ate something and am now fine.
I do feel full quite often.

I'm right there with you. Six weeks today. I've had things that could possibly be interpreted as symptoms but they are so mild it's difficult not thinking it must be the heat or something else.

I'm just over five weeks, and sometimes I get the slightest bit of the queasies and nursing my son feels like cold burning fire most of the time, but otherwise nada.

I'm 5.5 weeks and have been mildly queasy for 3 weeks, but it's similar to what you get when you have sinus drainage queasiness. I'm a bit bloated as well, but not as much as I was at this time the last two pregnancies, which makes me wonder if I'm not quite as far along as I think I am... Can a late/long implantation affect your gestational age? I think baby didn't finish implanting until after AF was due (and I had a light, early AF that lasted 5 days, but it was brown, which is implantation usually). I got such a faint BFP when I was 1 day shy of 5 weeks, so it makes me think I'm not quite 5.5 weeks now, although by conception date, there's no way I could be any less far along because we didn't dtd since 5 days before ovulation, so I *know* ovulation wasn't any later.
My belly feels "weird"... pressure, dull crampiness. So I can tell most of the time from that that I'm pregnant. I like feeling these symptoms since I had such a weird AF and got the BFP so late. I know last time, my queasiness got serious around 8 weeks, so I'm just enjoying being able to eat stuff right now! :D Although this morning I didn't feel like anything sounded good, and it didn't help that our fridge went out. So I finished off the eggs we had in there, and then I chugged a glass of chocolate milk before leaving the house this morning, and that was a bad idea... on the way to church, I was feeling rather ill. I had DH find a peanut butter cracker in my purse, ate that, and it made me feel a bit better. Drinking too much without food in my stomach sets off the queasies, apparently. Noticed that at the gym when I drank 16oz of water during my workout, and when I got on the elliptical at the end, I had to get off and go hit the shower because I really felt like I might puke if I continued exercising. At least I'd already done the elliptical for 10 minutes at the beginning of my workout. :)

I'm 5wk 1day and have been amazingly tired the past week. I have had a nap almost every afternoon. I don't remember being this tired with the other two!
I also feel bloated--like a yucky feeling. No real nausea yet, and DH told me this morning my boobs are getting bigger :thumb

Hey Ladies,
I'm behind you in the time frame (just 5 weeks) but I definitely don't feel much of anything except tiredness. Yeah, my boobs are sore on an off but it's the tiredness that really gets me. (although i had some terrible insomnia one night this week)
Boscopup: yes, pat yourself on the back for making it to the gym. I am determined to go today, despite the lethargy and lack of caffeine in my life. While I'd like to blame my bloaty feeling on the preg, it's likely just because I've been lazy and not exercising consistently.
Kinda weird how I think I'd feel better if I was nauseous at least one, eh? Make it more real and all...
Hey Milli, I just realized that we're close in dates!

I won't pat myself on the back yet... The fatigue hasn't hit, so going to the gym isn't quite a big deal, but that will probably change in the next week or two!

Also around 6 weeks. I have felt some nausea and have had some pretty strong cramping in the last 24 hours (which I also had with my first pregnancy, so I'm not worried!)
On another note, it is so hard not to tell people we are close to, so hard.

I am 7 weeks today :bigeyes
We have kind of told everyone at this point.:o
I found out today my sil is expecting her 4th so we get to be pregnant together, I am so excited about that.
I have had some nausea this week, but nothing eating small meals or taking a nap can't handle :) As for the frequent peeing I get up at 1 am every morning like clock work, and I pee who knows how many times during the day.

What do pregnant women DO at the gym? I only go for the sauna and then play around on an elliptical. Now that I can't go to the sauna, what else is good to do? What do you do? I don't want to waste my membership and I gain A LOT of weight during pregnancy. I'd really like to get into shape (if that's possible:o )

I'm right there with chaoticzenmom, what can you do at the gym. I guess what I'm trying to say is what should you do and don't do at the gym when you're pregnant. I too would love to continue going especially if it's going to do me some good.
Anyway I will also be six weeks on Tuesday. So far not much puking but a little queasiness in the morning. Heartburn with everything I eat, and heavy and sore boobs. I'm also craving tomatoes. I mean I even dreamt with them a couple times, however (sad to say), I saw in the news, there's been a link going on with tomatoes and salmonella. Unfortunately my state is part of the 17 states that got affected. I've heard that the cherry ones and the tomato in vines are okay, but I'm not taking my chances. So for now I just settle with jars of tomato sauce:). I find myself putting it everywhere.:D

I think I'm around 6 weeks...I got a BFP really early, CD 26 so I have no idea when I ovulated...I gestate long though so I will guess I'm due around mid feb...I already have my oldest dd in feb and my Dh in feb too! Good thing I'm a Libra!
I. am. so. tired.
I am so glad it summer so I'm not teaching, too! We haven't told anyone yet...I think we have a while before we are going to...
I am a total gym rat so I will do the elipitical until I am too big then the lounge seated bike. Labor is just so much easier when you stay active!

I'm 5 weeks along, and I don't feel a thing. Even when I'm not pregnant, I'm always tired and always hungry so it's hard for me to blame the pregnancy! :lol
My DH is being extra attentive though--that's the best!
We bike everywhere rather than use a car, and I've been surprised that I haven't had to slow down yet--I still feel good, and I'm really trying to appreciate every minute of that! Morning sickness was hellish for me last time, so I'm kind of bracing myself for what's to come. :(

What can you do at the gym? Well, the guy that does workouts for us said that I can really do everything up until 6 months, and then he says it's best to avoid squats and such that could bring on labor (although I don't think squats will bring on labor... they'll encourage labor that's already happening, but I don't think they'll cause you to deliver at the gym :lol). He also said that at 6 months, he'd want the doctor to say what I could and couldn't do. But for now, he's setting up a workout program that focuses especially on strengthening my back and abs.
When I was at another gym years ago, there was an instructor that taught an abs class I went to often. She got pregnant and continued teaching the class, doing the exercises (killer abs exercises, I might add) all the way up until about 6 months, and then she modified things a bit so she wasn't laying on her back. But it was amazing what she could do while pregnant. I couldn't do what she did when I *wasn't* pregnant. ;)
Pregnancy doesn't stop you from being able to workout. I'll be doing the elliptical and the weight machines as normal.

I'm so tired. :( My toddler doesn't nap anymore and last night my brain was so wound up I didn't get to sleep until after 1am.
But one good thing about my insomnia was I had an ah-ha! moment last night.
Thus far my calculations for what week I was in hadn't been matching up with the midwife's and I was confused. Last night I realized that being *in* week 5 did not mean I was 5 weeks pregnant. I'm 4 weeks, 6 days. That's why the calculations hadn't matched up before. I feel like such a doofus. :p I'd forgotten that it's how many weeks completed, not what week I'm in.
That's probably dumb, but between being really tired and already started to get stupid, I was proud of my realization moment and thought I'd share.:p
And my tummy's already swelling up. I'm a little scared it might be twins. :innocent

Anyone else worried about finances? I feel kind of guilty sometimes about how much I am eating and how expensive it is getting. :o I am just hungry ALL the time though. And pretty picky about what I eat.
Oh, and I feel guilty about not keeping on top of the chores as well as I was before . . . I feel ashamed about what a mess the apartment is right now.
HOW do I lose the GUILT? Gee whiz . . .
Luckily my dh is being just great, though.

I don't really have any symptoms either, but I'm only 5.5 weeks. Just some mild stuff that I probably wouldn't notice if I didn't know I was pregnant - subtle cramps, hunger, fatigue, bb soreness - but all very subtle. I do have a little bulge starting in my lower belly and it's sort of firm feeling. DH says my bbs are bigger, but I don't know if that's true. I would prefer to have a few more symptoms. I barely feel pregant. And I really can't wait until I'm showing. I'll be trying to emphasize any bump I get.

My last pregnancy saw me doing spinning class, elliptical machine, and full-body weight training (combination of machines and free weights) right through the first trimester. I just listened to my body and eased up if I felt a little weird and tried to stay away from my lacate threshold (though that's not necessarily a risk in pregnancy, I just felt more comfortable that way.) I did a little lighter weights than I'd been doing to that point.
Second tri I was pretty tired and we were moving and stuff so I slacked. In the third tri I had a lot of trouble getting comfy doing weights, because I had a diastasis problem so my abs weren't stabilizing the movements properly. But I still did some upper and lower body stuff on machines, and because I'd get a little loopy on the elliptical I did the exercise bike and swam. In my last weeks the temperatures got a little cooler and my husband was on a light schedule so I left the gym and started doing a lot of hiking, right up to the day I went into labor. :)

I am 6 wks 1 day. I have slight nausea but it goes away and stays away if I keep food in my belly. I have sore bbs and my nipples feel like they are on fire. I am very tired! I have lower abd cramps. I also had a complete meltdown on dh this morning. I feel like I haven't been pulling my weight around the house because of the exhaustion and he feels a little distant. He reassured me that everything is alright and suggested I take ds to daycare on one of my days off so I can sleep.
I'm a little nervous about finances because of the increased cost in childcare. We are going to have to make some serious readjustments and figure out exactly how long of a mat leave I can take.
My midwife says I can come this week or not until beginning of July. I think probably beginning of July as we are going away mid July.
As for the gym well..... I have been slacking all the months we were ttc. Today I think I will do my ball workout and my prenatal yoga.

Hey all! I will be 6wks. tommorow and have definitely had symptoms--nausea, cramping, sore boobs, emotional! etc. But the weird thing for me is that one day I will feel SO preggo and then the next, not at all?! It's weird. Is it normal for symptoms to come and go?
Is anyone else still temping? My temps have been within a range that is significantly higher than pre-O but they tend to fluctuate a bit too. I think I am making myself crazy worrying that for some reason this isn't real or isn't going to last.
Anyways, LTB I hear you on the chores--my house is such a mess right now. I keep putting off grocery shopping because I don't want to move and I just feel so unmotivated! The first time around it was like "I'm pregnant, I shouldn't do anything but rest and eat" and I didn't feel bad about that. But now, with the other kids and a bigger house I feel like a real slacker!

Yes, that happens to me too. One day, I barely feel the queasies at all, and then the next day, I'm wondering if I need to run to the bathroom at some point. :lol

I got a book on prenatal yoga from the library today and it is a great one. I would love to go take a class but they are so expensive, and I am a trained modern dancer so I know my body and know where it should go. I just would like the social aspect of going to class.
I have been pushing myself but am exhausted and nauseas and then when bed time comes the insomnia kicks in, but i don't even feel like sewing or knitting or crocheting.

I should break out my prenatal yoga dvd, but a couple problems... 1) I cut up my yoga mat to make a couple SSCs, and 2) even if I got a new one, I have to fight the cats, dogs, and kids for the use of the mat, and the yoga exercises end up NOT being relaxing.
My gym does a Silver Sneakers program, and they have YogaFit in there too. Well, there's one class called YogaStretch that I did one day. It was a decent class, but I was the youngest one there. I guess I should have clued in to the name "Silver Sneakers" for the exercise program right before the yoga. :lol All the seated work was done with a chair, so it'd probably be something I could do throughout pregnancy no problem. I'd like to try out the regular Yoga class though. It's just a bad time. That one would probably be "real" yoga though, with no chair. ;)

I hear you about the extra sleep, City Chic. I slept hard last night, and woke feeling awesome! Not that I did much housework with that extra energy - but it felt good to be energized.
I'm right around 6 wks, and the nausea is killing me. I won't actually throw-up, that would feel better, but instead I just feel quesy and sick all over, all.day.long. I can't tell if I'm more sensitive to it now, because I'm home instead of teaching or if it is really worse this time around. I'm starving in the mornings and have no urge to eat at all after noon. I have my first appt next week, and I have to admit I'll be a little curious to see if it might be twins. I highly doubt it, truly doubt it, but the thought has snuck in.... Those who have had twins, when did you first find out?
And Nillarilla, I had a major meltdown yesterday, too. Over something that would never really bother me. Thankfully, dh just gave me a big hug and let me have some time to myself. I felt so much better a few hours later.
I've really forgotten how much changes so quickly... Somewhere in my head, I was thinking the first 1-2 months were really normal, but they haven't been here lately!
Hope you all are enjoying your day! :)

I had a visit with my midwife today. She checked my iron levels and they are 15 and 45! Woohoo! Go me! She did a quick u/s because I was worried about my lack of symptoms. My tiny little bean had a little flicker of a heartbeat. :love I almost cried with relief to see it.

9 days until our first u/s and I find out how many beans are in there. The suspense is not easy....
Got 4 hours sleep last night. Thankfully Guinevere went back to sleep around 7am this morning and we both slept until nearly 10am. Still, that's only 7 hours for me total and I'm wiped out.
We spent the day at the pool and hopefully we'll both sleep really really well tonight. I'm one tired mama!

I'm 7 weeks, 1 day today. We had our second ultrasound and heard the heartbeat!! That was the coolest thing ever!! Our first was last week and we saw no heartbeat so scheduled this one today. It was a relief. I'm measuring at 6 weeks 3 days but the doc said my original date is probably more accurate so will go with that for now.
I've been pretty nauseous. It comes in waves all day long. I have to eat frequent snacks to keep it at bay. Also so tired by the end of the day. I work as a summer camp director which can be a bit difficult. I am not giving it the same energy I usually do!
I still haven't told my boss. I'm not sure when to tell him I plan on leaving for good once the baby is born. Should I tell him as soon as I tell him I'm pregnant or hold off for a while? Any advise?

Alison_in_oh- That's awesome that you were so active. I hope I can catch up to you on activiness. I love to hear stories about women who were really active throughout their pregnancy.
Artzyval- WOW. So cool that you are a trained modern dancer. I'm minoring in dance. I've danced all my life (mainly ballet) but modern dancing has always been my favorite.
Dreams and AK- Congratulations on hearing your baby's heartbeat. As far as telling your boss, I was in a similar situation not long ago. I just barely started a new job. A few weeks ago I was interviewed and had no clue I was pregnant. Then my boss told me to comeback for a second interview in two weeks because she was going out of town. That week I found out that I was pregnant. When she came back and I made sure I got the job I told her. I was sooooo scared. She howeer said congratulations, and that was like a huge relief for me. Anyway hope this helps.
So about how long do you have to be to hear the baby's heartbeat? I have my appointment with the doctor for the 30th and I'm so excited I can't wait. I'll be eight weeks along. Right now I'm six.

At 8 weeks, you'd be able to hear it on a vaginal u/s, but not abdominal or with a doppler. You likely won't hear it with the doppler until closer to 12 weeks (I think anything from 10 to 14 weeks is normal), and that depends on placenta and uterus position, maternal fluffiness, etc. ;) I've always been able to hear it by 12 weeks with a doppler, and I'm a bit fluffy. :)
With a vaginal u/s, you can usually hear the heartbeat sometime between 6-7 weeks.

Question for you guys--
Since coming off the Depo shot, my cycle length has varied from 30-36 days, and my charting was never really great. I think the first day of my last "real" period was May 7th, and I think I O'd on May 23rd. Given your experience, is Feb. 14 my correct EDD? I haven't seen a doctor yet (insurance back-up), and really want to know!

Most Dr.'s will assign your due date based on the first day of your last period, not your O date. So according to a Dr. you would be around Feb. 14 - 16th. Sounds like you are right on target!

I was reading Having a Baby Naturally by Peggy O Mara last night and I learned that 2 cups of coffee a day doubles your chance of a miscarriage.
I only drink one cup but I didn't even have that this am. I always thought it was much more than that that could cause problems with baby's heart rate. I didn't know about the miscarriage risk or that it was only 2 cups. Yikes! So I had green tea instead this am and I am sure I will have a headache part way through the day. Hopefully ds will nap so I can too.

Yes-my partner isn't there either. He is worried about money--not happy in his job but knows he shouldn't leave without something better lined up. I don't think it real for him yet. I have had a rough time so far--really tired and super emotional. Plus I had a staph infection--now cleared--but then my eczema flared on my hand, and I couldn't use my steroid cream and it got really bad--now that is infected also. My whole left hand is wrapped and I am on my third round of antibiotics in 3 weeks!

justKate - I o'd on May 23rd too! Based on that O day, my edd is Feb 12th.
So I had green tea instead this am and I am sure I will have a headache part way through the day. Hopefully ds will nap so I can too.
I'm pretty sure green tea has just as much caffeine as the regular stuff. Unless it was decaf green tea. I normally try and avoid caffeine even before I was pregnant (because we were ttc), but before I found out I was pregnant I had a coke at a restaurant and I reacted so badly - I was so shaky and dizzy, so I've been really careful to avoid it. I guess I'm just sensitive to caffeine.

No!!! I *wish* time was flying by. The days are going so. so. slowly. I think it's because I am worried about losing the baby (for no rational reason and I'm working really hard at being positive). It'll just be nice when I'm through the first trimester and I know the risk is decreased. And it'll be really nice when the baby is in my arms and everything is okay.:love

Alison_in_oh- That's awesome that you were so active. I hope I can catch up to you on activiness. I love to hear stories about women who were really active throughout their pregnancy.
Well, fatigue got the best of me FAST. LOL. I was not in the best shape of my life by any means when my son was born, but at the same time I was glad not to be too sedentary. :) I'm trying to keep up my resolve to at least go for a daily walk this pregnancy, even if I'm tired. And I'll be doing abdominal exercises in hopes of having strong muscles that will "bounce back". ;)

FWIW, green tea has significantly less caffeine than black tea (and MUCH less caffeine than coffee).
I've been totally wiped out today. Of course it didn't help that dd didn't nap and that dh won't be home until 8 or so :yawning:

FWIW, green tea does have far less caffeine in it, but it can interfere with folic acid absorption (as can black teas). So keep in mind. ;)

can i pop in for a whine.... since i can't have any wine :) boy do i feel like shnark! My first apt w/ the midwife group is tomorrow, but i cant even get excited for that because i have to watch 3 extra kiddos in the AM and I am not looking forward to that, and the diaper pail is overflowing (oh diaper washing fairy please make a stop this way!)... I can't get my hands to stop smelling like garlic and i cooked w/ the garlic 3 nights ago enough! I wouldn't even put it on our pizza tonight in fears of my hands smelling worse! I think pregnancy should be like hibernation I would totally be up for a nice dark cool cave right now to just curl up in with a lap top and wifi and a bedside smoothie machine, anyone care to join me :) I haven't done my yoga in the past two days haven't had the time or energy or the alone time. Way to go BathrobeGoddess, I admire your ambition. Will you get to take it easy today? Dh and I put up a fence in a new pasture yesterday. I did fine for the first few hours, but had to quit in the late afternoon. It took dh a minute to register why I was getting so cranky, then you could see the pregnancy lightbulb go off in his head. :)

My house is a mess too. I did dishes yesterday, and that was about it. Our camping stuff is still sitting out from two weeks ago. I figure it'll wait until I don't want to barf on it, or my husband will put it away. We have a rule in this house. You can't complain about the mess unless your willing to clean it up yourself. If your willing to clean it up yourself then DO IT, and don't complain.

For those of you with a timeline thingy in your signature, do you put the smilie on the week you've finished or the week you're in. For example, I have mine at 6, because as of today I've completed 6 weeks, but I'm starting my 7th week. I guess it really doesn't matter, but I was just curious what others do.

Green tea has the least amount of caffeine. However, green tea has been shown to limit the amount of folic acid that the body absorbs.
I only drink one cup of black tea each day. If I want another one I just decaffeinate it myself by steeping/dumping after 30 seconds and then resteeping the bag.

Good strong abdominal muscle support can help encourage proper fetal position. :) It also prevents back pain as your center of gravity shifts! You do want to be careful not to strain the midline as your belly grows, because diastasis recti can result (which is annoying but otherwise not a huge deal.) So do oblique exercises cautiously. I highly recommend the book Essential Exercises for the Childbearing Year.

Congratulations WhisperV I am so excited for you!
I'm trying to cut out the coffee that's why I switched to the green tea. I know it still has caffeine but I am looking to cut down gradually. I did not know about the folic acid absorption inhibition. Is this just when you drink it and take the vitamin or a long lasting effect?
I will try peppermint today.

Yeah, I'm just re-reading that part of my Noble book, and that's what she says, that one to two fingers is normal! It still feels weird to me but at least now I'm not afraid that working those muscles will worsen the condition. :)
I don't know about belly binding but it sounds like some sort of external support? Does it carry the risk of atrophying the muscles themselves that are getting a "free ride" due to such support?

That's what I thought at first-- that it would make those muscles weak-- but years of cultural tradition and anecdotal evidence seem to show otherwise.
Here's another recent thread (http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=915297) on belly binding during pregnancy. :)

Regarding the belly binding during pregnancy thing, I don't like the term "belly binding" because to me that implies not allowing the belly to be as swelled out as it needs to be. I am however, a BIG fan of a maternity *support* belt, like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Therapy-Best-Buys-Mother-to-be-Maternity/dp/B00063IQ48/ref=pd_bbs_6?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1213982359&sr=8-6
I wore this all throughout my last pregnancy and it made a HUGE difference with my sciatica pain. But it's not binding the belly -- it's adding support for your back and belly.
After the baby was born, I used a belly binding elastic type product (from BRU) briefly, because it was supposed to help reduce the flabbiness a bit, more quickly. But it was just too darn hot to wear it much, and I didn't want to have to deal with washing it (breastmilk spillage, etc.) so I stuck it in a box somewhere.
But the maternity belt was a wonderful, wonderful thing. I never wore the top strap with it though. But the bottom part worked great. I'll definitely be wearing it again this time.

I'm joining in! We just got a +hpt on Thursday. I actually bet dp $5 that it would be positive, and even after I showed him my chart, he took it. Well, 10 seconds after I dipped the test it was positive :D
The due date I've gotten based on 'the wheel' is 2/22/09. I feel like I may be further along though because my last LMP was spotty and weird. I won't really know until I have an appt though. I think for the sake of hopefully staving off an induction or another c-section, I want to keep the latest possible date.
I have been trying to ween myself off of coffee, but after reading this thread I think I may quit cold-turkey and deal with the headaches. We will see if I can keep myself from having a cup tomorrow morning.
My body has been playing reverse-morning sickness tricks on me. I get really hungry so then I eat, but midway through whatever I'm eating I get sick to my stomach. I haven't thrown up yet, but it's getting worse.
Well, I am very excited to be here! I never thought I would get to have another baby!

kayaking for 8 hours not a good idea! I went kayaking yesterday for what I thought would be about 5 hours of easy paddling. Well we ended up going way further then expected and we were paddling for over 8 hours. I don't know what I was thinking. I was so exhausted when I got home...still tired today actually. Most people in the group didn't know that I am pregnant so figured I could do it. I don't have the energy for 8 hours anymore!:yawning:

Hey ... a question for the mama's who've been pregnant before:
Do you seek out your cravings and avoid your aversions, or just eat for the sake of eating?
And if you start to get queasy halfway through something, do you stop eating it or finish it and trust that the nausea will pass?
And is it better to just throw up, or do things to avoid it (warm bath, belly rub, calming breathing)?
Ok, so that was more than one question ... Thanks in advance!

With me, I generally try to avoid feeling nauseous. With my last pregnancy, I didn't ever feel sick, I just started vomiting in my second trimester. I would go into the bathroom, blow my nose, throw up and brush my teeth. I didn't feel sick, it just happened that way.

I listened to my body, as long as it wasn't a dangerous thing (like craving sand or something icky, which thankfully never happened to me). For instance, last time around I craved turkey sandwiches, BAD, despite having been a vegetarian for over 12 years. I gave in, but bought the free-range, organically-fed turkey. Best dang turkey sandwich I've ever had. :-) Zero regrets. It's what my body needed. So I ate it.
I couldn't stand the notion of peanut butter. So I avoided it.
I think if you're craving a certain food and it's not horrible for you, then go for it. If you're craving a certain food and it is very bad for you (like loaded up with nitrates, or artificial colors or preservatives, etc.) then try to find a healthier version of that food. I crave sour/sweet things and Sweettarts would fit the bill great if they weren't so awful for you. ;) So I eat dried peaches instead. Much better for me, but fills that sweet/sour need.
If some foods turn you off, then don't eat them. Find something that's nutritionally similar that can can tolerate and eat that instead. Absolutely no need to torture yourself. There are plenty of nutritional foods out there. :hug
Regarding vomiting, sometimes it can make you feel better just to get it over with, but I agree with AllyRae. If it's possible to avoid the nausea to begin with, that's the way to go. Sometimes I do eat things I'm not 100% craving or really wanting right then (like saltine type crackers) -- just a bite or two, to stave off the nausea, because I know it works.

Hey everyone sorry I've been out for a while but nausea hit me sooo hard last week. Plus I feel tired all the time. I take naps on my free time like no other...hehe. Anyway thank you all so much for answering my question on belly binding. I was already planning on doing it and didn't even know it. That is a huge part of my culture (Brazillian). My mom, my grandma, and aunts all did it. I'm doing it for sure too.
As far as the nausea feeling when I used to throw up before I was pregnant over something that made me feel sick I instantly felt better afterward. However I have a feeling that if I throw up now I won't feel better lol...I have nausea so bad that's enough to get me in the bathroom but then nothing happens. I'm so glad I'm not the only one feeling sick halfway through my food...lol.
Dreams- I checked those books out at my library...so excited to read them:)
