Hi! I am going to be moving to the Baltimore, Maryland area soon and I need to find some others out there! I used to live in that area and couldn't find any groups. Do any of you know of any groups out there? Thanks.
Oh, btw, my kids are pre-school age, so some groups may not be appropriate.

Hi Alison, by my name, guess you can guess where I live??? I'm more in the Annapolis area, but I do know that there is a really active h.s. group in Pasadena, MD on Rt. 2 near Baltimore. Are you anywhere near there? The only thing is that I can't remember what they're called. Ummmmm..... Try searching the internet by "homeschooling - Maryland" or something like that. They have a nice web page too, which I've been to, but just can't recall. You know, a mother's mind.... If I think of it, I'll post again. Meanwhile, feel free to e-mail me if you think I can help you.

Alison, after reading the great post above, I recalled the group that I heard was really good - North County Educators. I've heard of the Learning Community too, but it's pricey. I'm in MACHE and I have lots of friends in Arundel Homeschoolers. Let us know when you move!
