HI mommas ~
I wasn't sure where to post this so maybe someone here can help me out...my 16yo sis is going to spend a year studying in Peru. We would like to send some things to her close to Christmas & her birthday if possible......I have not heard good things about the Postal system there. (she will be in Lima I believe)......
Is it worth the extra money to ship via UPS/Fed Ex (which is around $200) vs the USPS (around $50)???
