From Providence Community Health Centers (Allen Berry), to Tri-River Family Health Center in Uxbridge, MA. It came as a shock to me yesterday, but I've already set my son up at the new office, lol. When you find a great ped, you don't let him get away THAT easily! :) If anyone needs more info, I can try to help.
