lawyer recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer for family law? We're going to move a case from another state, then apply for adoption.

Preferably, someone that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :p

I went to law school with Franni Turean (http://www.tureanlaw.com/). She is awesome. I am not sure if she does adoptions, but I would certainly trust anyone she recommended.
