Toronto babywearing store

I am in the market for a new carrier, and want to go try some on. There must be a store around here that sells pouches etc... I'm staying in Brampton for a couple weeks, and would like to find a pouch while I am here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

HTH - Those are not BW stores specifically but they all carry some slings. Check their websites for more info or call before making the trip in to make sure they have the selection you need. Also, I found many do not have any BW experience or knowledge so beware if you don't know what you're doing.

there's a mom at Islington/Bloor who owns Pookababy.com you can go to her house and try stuff on.

also, I'd recommend Evymama at Jane/bloor. they have a lot of carrier selections and you can take a stroll around the block too if you want.

Thanks orangekoolaid. I've actually bought several carriers from Pooka Baby online, and it would be great to check out and try out her carriers in real life.

Oh yeah! She's great. She helped me out in a baby wearing emergency. I needed a fancy sling for a wedding in a real hurry and she helped us out!

Evymama has excellent baby carrier selection. They'll demo every carrier for you and let you try them all on. Check them out at www.evymama.ca. The store is located at Jane and Bloor in Bloor West Village and they're open every day.

I ended up going with Evymama. I bought a fabulous Babyhawk and I am really happy with it. Awesome store by the way :thumb.
