HB in Charlotte area

Hi! Has anyone had a homebirth in the charlotte area? I live in gaston county, but am willing to travel a little......I'm not pregnant yet, but after the frustrating experience with my dd's birth, I'm determined to have a hb with my next one. I'd like to start researching and preparing asap, since we're now trying for number 2! Any info on midwives and anything else i might need to know about hb in NC would be greatly appreciated!
