Where to find non-toxic raingear for kids in Seattle or Portland?

Hi, folks--

Our family is coming to vacation in the Pacific Northwest for the next 10 days, and I was hoping to buy some non PVC rain gear for my 4 year old daughter while I'm out there. Any suggestions? I was hoping for something under $50 if possible. I could probably order one online, but I thought as long as I was going to be in the area I figured there HAD to be a place to buy non PVC rain gear in either Seattle or Portland.

There's REI online so you can at least look at prices and even order for it to be delivered to a store for you to pick up for no shipping. There are stores all over the place out here....
