In the Rockingham, NC area. I moved here in May, am a SAHM, and have met no one. We tried story hour at the library, and had no success.
Please let me know! I have a three year old, and a seven month old, both girls!

I can empathize!!

I'm in southern Alamance County so of no real help for this. have you checked with matchingmomsDOTcom? that's how i started making some connections. i also started getting plugged in to my area by trolling yahoogroups for homeschool groups around me. any church or mommy support groups? good parks to solicit? i actually make business cards off my computer to take to the park with me to make it easier to get in touch and schedule playdates.

i'll try to ponder out some other ideas. good luck! please let me know how it goes...if gas keeps dropping we might be able to meet up or something.
