Hi!
I actually live in the NWT, but I'll be in St. John's in October for my little sister's wedding. I've done some yellowpages searches, but not come up with anything. Tell me there are "crunchy" stores in St. John's? I need to scoop some things like a good (cheap) detergent for cloth dipes, would like to hit up a Natural Foods/Herbal store...
Any suggestions?

This is a store I found online, but I haven't been there myself. I think they sell cloth diapers....so maybe they might sell some mild detergent....or have some tips for more "crunchy" stores in the area. Good Luck

I haven't been in to St. John's in a while but I *think* there might be a HFS in the Village Mall. I know there's not anything in the Avalon Mall. You'll have to do more research online I think. Sorry.

just left NL in July. coochicoo just started selling bummis kits.
they are an outageously priced boutique shop. absolutely nothing crunchy....just trendy and pricey :(

in case you are still interested they are on topsail rd, just down from the village mall.
In the same plaza is my favorite clothing store:joy:...I miss it...
Sandy's...the sell the best quality used clothes anywhere way cheaper than goodwill too!!!! everything has a coloured tag ; each week a colour is chosen to be 50% off...

If only we could find work back home :(
