Natural/Attachement Caregivers in Mississauga?

Hello!

I am wondering if anyone can recommend any childcare providers in the Mississauga, ON area that practice attachment/natural parenting/caregiving? I am returning to work in April and have 2 daughters, who will be 1 yr and 3 1/2.

I really want to find someone to care for them (in a homecare setting or a nanny) that will uphold our philosophies...at least to a reasonable extent :).

If anyone can help, that would be great.

I'm also willing to look into a nanny-share, if anyone has had any experience with this, I'd love to hear about it.
