Help, mamas! My gums are so sore. I'm 32 weeks pregnant, and I've had some bleeding...not a lot though. Mainly, they just feel sore. What could this be, and what can I do?? I don't have dental insurance right now.

Pregnancy can take a lot out of us. Usually when gums bleed, it is a sign of vitamin C deficiency. I highly recommend camu camu powder which has been proven to heal gums. It is the best source of natural vitamin C. Take 2 tsp a day till conditions heal, and reduce for a maintenance dose. Vitamin E is also important. Make sure you get enough minerals too.
