Babywearing emergency in Nashville, TN

I am in Nashville, TN on vacation. My child is having meltdowns and needs to be carried. I didn't plan this very well. Does anyone know how I can score a mei tai or something similiar before the end of the day? Does Vanderbuilt Hosp. have a lactation clinic that might sale them?

It's likely too late for you, and I don't know if a Hotsling would work for your needs or not, but Target generally carries them. Might help you out in a pinch. :)

yes, my brother and SIL live right outside Nashville and I remember seeing hotslings at the local Target.

If you are still in need, my other suggestion would be to go to Joann Fabrics or Walmart and buy 5 yards of cotton gauze or jersey cotton. Cut in half lengthwise (so the wrap is about 24" top to bottom and 5 yards long) and viola...you have a wrap!
