Anyone know of a restaurant called "Sprouts" in Owings Mills? I'm from PA and will be visiting a friend in Reiserstown this weekend. I am a vegan, and I found this restaurant on a couple of websites of veg-friendly restaurants. But when I call the number listed, it just rings and then a generic answering-machine voice says, "You have reached 410-363-4222. Please leave a message." I am wondering if this place is still in business. When I go to Yahoo's yellow pages, I can't find it listed. Anyone heard of Sprouts or know if it's still in business? Or anyone know of any veg-friendly restaurants in the northwest Baltimore suburbs? I also have a conference this weekend, so I don't know that I'll have time to go all the way into Baltimore, but it would be nice to find a good place to eat Saturday night.

I like the One World Cafe and Liquid Earth.

I've never been to Sprouts, let me know if you go there and it's good.

I've heard of it but never been there.
You could always grab lunch at Whole Foods in Pikesville on Smith Ave

Sprouts closed years ago so the # is probably someones home by now!! The best vegan food by far is at David's Natural Market in Columbia. Worth the hike down there. they have a website www.davidsnaturalmarket.com that posts their menu. The yummist food you'll find!
