Heather, what kind of modular did you get? I am really interested in these homes and would love to see pics of yours or a website for where you purchased it.

I bought one through Indiana Building Systems. I can't remember which model, but check out the *builder* as well as the agent and their *finishers*. Make sure it is a BOCA - some qualifier that pertains to codes etc.

My home was made of beautiful materials for the most part, the inside doors, window sills, door jambs etc. were chintzy. The workmanship was horrible, but they have been very nice about fixing stuff. We did order a mirror image, and the basement package, extra exterior door, etc. so maybe it was because we weren't on the regular assembly line.
