not ovulating

My youngest ds is 13.5 months old. He still bf very often. AF returned when he was 6 months old and I have been charting since. I have not detected ovulation yet. I have been searching for material that would suggest that I am not unusual.

I just think that it may be unusual to have AF return for so long and still not ovulate. Do you have information or experience to help?

I scanned through a bunch of other websites, and none addressed the issue of extended breastfeeding and the return of ovulation, only the return of bleeding.
