ideas for cleaning rust in toilet/sink

I do use natural cleaners (soap, washing soda, etc) but one thing I do use, even in my fiberglass shower stall occasionally, is toilet bowl cleaner !!!!
I have a well, lots of rust. I clean it, and then for the toilet at least there are orange streaks in it again about 2-3 days later, same with a streak in the sink above the drains. And no, I cannot afford a new water softner at this time with a rust remover!

Anyone have some natural cleaning ideas for me? I don't want to scrub everyday either! Thanks.

The only thing that worked for me is a pumice stone.
