Vitamin/DHA question!

Hey! I seriously need to get more vitamins, but I don't know what to look for. I am still breastfeeding a 9month old baby. I have been using the Nature's Made Prenatal and Expectra DHA. Time to buy more but I am SOOOO confused about DHA, fishoil etc.

I can't afford to buy anything expensive or several types. I would like a good prenatal and the DHA. I have thought about the fish oil, but is that okay with the breastfeeding? the mercury and all?

I eat flax seeds, but I hear that is a different type of Omega.

I can really tell when I don't take the DHA so I know I need it, but I am so confused and dont' want to waste money on the wrong thing.

Can anyone explain this to me! THANKS!!

I've been getting really good deals on supplements at Amazon if you click on th eused and new links you can often find different sellers that offer the same products at a discount.
Nature's Made makes a prenatal with DHA.

Re fish oil - Carlson line is mercury-free - I like their brand a lot - but it's spendy.

Also you may get more responses if you posted this in health & healing.
