Why am I feeling so much so soon?

HI I'm new here. I'm about 5 weeks but I feel like I might be more. For about 2 1/2 weeks now I have been feeling belly flutters, tiny pains in my sides, pains when I bend over, a bloated belly, it is uncomfortable to lay on my stomach, I have morning sickness, I'm starving, sleepy, sore breast and nipples. I really feel pregnant! I'm worried cause this seems to soon to have all these feelings. I won't get in to see the doc till Nov 10. Have others felt a lot going on in there very early stages?

It sounds to me like you might be a month or more further along than you think--would that be possible in your case?

I haven't felt any movement myself yet and I'm at 11 weeks and change.

maybe.... 1 month before this pregnancy. I thought I was pregnant cause a home test said I was but upon taking the test again is say I was not, then my period started 3 days late. And went a bit longer. So I think I had an early miscarriage. this time I felt like I knew right away that I was pregnant and took the test 4 days before my missed peroid, and it was positive. I took another one yesterday and it still positive.

I started feeling pregnant at two weeks. I thought I was just having incredible PMS. But half way through the second week, I started having morning sickness. I would vomit any time I brushed my teeth, any time I tried to eat, even just drinking water. I was exhausted. My breasts and back were incredibly sore. I actually thought I had the flu and just kept waiting for my period to come. It never came....
