finishing a garage

I can't find ANY info online about an approximate cost, and I have no clue. Just to do a basic finish, no bathroom or anything fancy. 1 standard 1 car attached garage. Anyone done this recently in the area or have any clue?

We just finished building out half of a 2 car garage for my home office including hardwood flooring. The material cost ran about 5K, we got a small window AC/Heat unit for about$ 600 with shipping, and The Man did all the labor so that was free.

We may have had a little more framing since we had to build the flooring up about 9 inches from the ground because of how the foundation wall was around the existing structure.

We did build in a closet and a a total of 169 square feet. Plus we redid the electrical sub breaker box in the existing garage and ran all new electrical so that may have added additional cost.

Ok great thank you. I just needed a general range. So I guess I'm looking at around 10K if we outsource the labor, which we will. I have a goal now.
