Yummy Healthy Snack!

Mmmmm - SIL gave me this recipe - I made them today while DD was at school and she and I thoroughly enjoyed them when she got home - healthy and yummy snack!

1/4 cup finely grated carrots
1/4 cup rolled oats or Granola (I used homemade granola)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon honey
3 Tablespoons peanut butter

Mix all together and roll into balls and enjoy!

Yummier if you toast them as granola I'll bet (325F for 30 minutes stirred once or twice will do it)
