Preparing older siblings for HB-book rec's?
Posting this here because it's homebirth specific--
I am looking for some children's books (or other resources--DVDs/online videos/etc.) that deal with birth of a sibling and most specifically homebirth--my daughter will be a few months past 4 when the new baby comes. She herself was born at home, but has already picked up the message from kids' programming that babies get born in hospitals! I've talked to her a lot about birth, and about how the baby comes out, and we've looked at pictures and watched a bunch of birth videos together. We will also have another adult on hand to be with her alone and take her out of the birth space/out of the house if she isn't comfortable. But I thought that a children's book that we could read together would be very helpful and something that we could enjoy together.
Thanks!

I just wrote one and sent it off to various publishers. If anyone decides to pick it up I'll be sure to let you know.

We have this, published as Hello Baby in the UK. Bonus is that it's in print and costs £5 (US version is out of print and going for $50). You could probably have amazon.co.uk ship it to you.

I tried to order it on half.com but the only copies available were at least $150.00 On amazon I saw one copy for $255.00.
Thanks, CMTB, for posting that info. about the book in the UK.
And MamaJen, how exciting! Please do let us know when you get published!
