anomaly13 Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: DUKE CITY Posts: 181	Baking With Xylitol - Questions I want to bake some cookies or something sweet with xylitol for my diabetic niece but have never done it before. Anyone know if I can just sub equal amounts sugar for xylitol? Anyone have a killer recipie that uses xylitol? TIA
