Yeasty Beasties?

I'm sure this conversation has been had before, but there are a lot of threads...

Here's my situation. We've been nursing for over 2 years now. My cycle came back when my dd was 14 months. Anyway... for the past year I'm having horrible pain in my nipples off and on. I'll have pain for several weeks then no pain for a few days. For a while I thought that it was cyclical. I thought that the pain was going away during AF. I started nystatin (sp?) and even had dd on it, but she got so constipated on it... well, that's a whole other post. Anyway.. no relief. Symptoms are burning incredibly painful nipples. No redness, swelling, itching. Just burning pain. I just started eating raw, so I'm hoping for some relief with the diet change. IDK.... what do you ladies think?
