Awwww, shux!

Thank you! I am just hoping now that my ahemmm, boyfriend (this is our 6th year together, with a five year gap) remembers.

I keep telling dd (only 2) that today is MY birthday and she is saying, "no, it's MY birthday". So funny!

woohoo Congratulations!!!

You've made it through more than half of your life expectancy without being put assunder by disease, dispair, or natural disaster. That is certainly an accomplishment!
The Buddha said "Life is suffering", and boy, did he ever hit the nail on the head. But you've managed to pull off the most fundamentally significant task of any living creature: you have spawned. That's right: even after you cease to exist, you will leave a little bit of existence behind. The bills will keep a-comin, the troubles will be many, but through it all, you've managed to NOT BE DEAD and to have a child who is also NOT DEAD. In the scheme of things, that's all that really matters. :LOL :LOL :LOL
