On the ICAN yahoo group a woman recently had a breech HBAC (maybe it was even a HBA2C, don't remember) and she had a septate uterus.
www.ican-online.org has a link for the yahoo group under community, I believe.

an mdc mama recently had a hbac breech birth... look for her story in either the vbac forum or the birth stories forum under her username InochiZo.
it will also depend on what state you live in and whether or not you can locate a midwife to attend a breech birth. washington state does not allow its licensed midwives to attend breech homebirths, and i believe california is the same as well. oregon, however, does allow for midwives to attend breech homebirths, including hbac, and also allows for midwives to attend twin homebirths. there are midwives in washington and elsewhere who will attend those births, but they are operating out of the scope of the law and licensure, which not everyone is comfortable with.

I haven't...but absolutely would have!
I was so angry that I was forced to have a c-section just because dd was frank breech. I was prepared to birth her naturally even then. But was told there was no one in that hospital that would allow a first time mom to birth a breech baby. I was in tears and so heartbroken! My Bradley classes were for what? :
So, when I was pg last time, I had hoped from day one that this one wouldn't be breech, and I mean, I was paranoid about it...but I found a mw that had done lots of VBAC's and lots of breech babies and was totally like, "Well, if it's breech, it's still gonna come out...no biggie!" So, I was completely at ease that if I had to, that it would be fine.
He came out head first though.
