I guess it's time I write one of these!
I typed this up the other day but I was afraid to jinx my BFP hah. I just had my first real doctors appointment today and after seeing the heart beating away I feel confident enough to post it.
1. What felt MOST DIFFERENT about your post ovulation symptoms in your BFP cycle? Did something happen that had never happened in previous cycles? Or - did it feel exactly the same?
I wish I could say I had one definite and different symptom because I know how crazy I always got in the 2WW, but I felt pretty much the same. I was sooo convinced my period was coming any second. My husband and I had even decided that after AF showed we were going to make an appointment to get a fertility check. I was cramping and my boobs were sore. My cramping however felt slightly different and I'd only get it when I would stand up. I think it had something to do with my uterus stretching? In hindsight I got a migraine on 8DPO which lingered for three days despite the fact I hadn't had even one migraine in over a year. A few days after that I remember getting really hot and dizzy while cooking dinner. Looking back now I think both those were related. I also had a lot of dreams about being pregnant and even my friend had one about me. In the nearly year we had tried to conceive I NEVER had pregnancy dreams. I tested on 16DPO, CD 56 and got my positive. Two and a half weeks later my cramping is all but gone, I'm peeing a ton, I'm hot as an oven every night, & my boobs are reaching epic size and soreness. Oh and I puked for the first time this week eh.
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
No, like I said we were even discussing making that appointment because we were so convinced AF was coming. It was our 11th month trying to conceive and (lucky!) 7th cycle. I think one thing that did help is we BD'd every other day around when I was ovulating. I really was so shocked the day I got my BFP. I was so nervous the night before I tested. I was scared to get my hopes up only to see a blank test like always or worse get AF that morning. The line formed as soon as my pee hit the stick! I'm due May 19th.
BFP picture!
Baby's first picture!
I really hope my little story can give hope to anybody that feels like they're going to be out, because honestly I know I posted the exact thing myself the weekend before I got my BFP. It's not over until AF shows! I always check back here to see what's going on. I think it's too late for anybody new to join us over at the May DDC but I hope each of you finds your way to your own soon. Lots of prayers, hope and babydust to each and every one of you! :

I finally got my BFP after tyring for over two years with fresh donor sperm.
I think the only early symptoms I had were some odd twinges in my uterus, I tested and received a faint BFP at 11dpo.
I did two things differently for the last few cycles.
1. I used younger donors
2. I started using a B Complex vitamin and I still take it every day.

I had been TTC while nursing DD since AF returned at 28 mos PP in December. I had at least one chemical while trying. In April, I went to the RE who I was seeing when I naturally got pg with DD. He wanted nothing to do with me bc I was nursing.
I then went to see a midwife who also helps mothers bf older children who are TTC. She recommended Pregnancy Prep supplements and Vitex. I was taking 30 drops of vitex tincture each morning. That really helped move up my o day. She also had my progesterone tested (7dpo) and it was really low (tested twice 4 and 6). I was able to get RX progesterone suppositories from my PCP and took those from 3dpo until AF came.
This last cycle was similar to my pregnancy with DD and chemical in April. I o'd around cd19, and then felt really wet - like AF was coming at any second. Unlike my first pg, I started spotting at 12dpo and thought for sure AF was coming at any time. I did get a faint pos that evening, but was sure it would be another chemical.
I spotted on and off for the first 8+ weeks. I had two u/s at 6w5d and 8w4d. We also heard the hb last Friday at the doctor's office using the doppler. What a welcome sound!

I'm 21 weeks pregnant now but I spent over a year on this board so I wanted to post my story!
1. What felt MOST DIFFERENT about your post ovulation symptoms in your BFP cycle? Did something happen that had never happened in previous cycles? Or - did it feel exactly the same?
Absolutely nothing! I always have sore bbs in the 2ww and my bfp cycle was no different. My husband and I had made an appt for after af arrived to start fertility testing. We did 'try' but it was really with no actual intentions of it working. The only reason I even tested was because we were moving and going to be packing the truck at 13 dpo and I thought I'd better test just in case before I over exert myself. I was shocked when 2 lines came up!!
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
Just the same as every other cycle. I was still taking my prenatals, avoiding fat free dairy, and generally trying to eat healthy. I had been taking extra B12, EPO, rrl tea, and flax oil - but I don't think I was too diligent in my bfp cycle. I charted my temperatures (which showed no difference in the 2ww to any other cycle) and cm. I did have ewcm on the exact date I ovulated which was unusual for me - and we dtd that day. So the timing of my ewcm and our bding was perfect. I was really relaxed this cycle because I knew we were going to start fertility testing and so I had kind of accepted that. So maybe that made the difference. Oh, and I ovulated on the earliest date I had since ending bc (day 23).
It took us just over a year of trying with very irregular cycles and virtually no ewcm - but we did it!! Our baby boy is due in February and we are so so happy. And honestly, I have almost completely forgotten all the heartache of that year.
Lot's of baby dust to all of you!!

Wel...this pregnancy was very different. Maybe thats because I just had a m/c last cycle and got pregnant before I had a period.
But...I really had nothing to hint at me that I was pregnant.
At 10dpo I had some cramping but I have been having some cramping for the previous days before that that just turned out to be gas! lol...But at 10dpo, followed by a spot of blood that evening (just like the cycle before). I am pregnant so I know that was implantation - but other than that, no other obvious signs like before!
This cycle has been so mixed as not only was I craving cheese (Like I do when im expecting) but also craving chocolate (like I do when AF is around the corner! lol)...So I couldnt trust any of the signs as I had all the AF signs as well!!!
But there you have it! hehe

The only thing that felt different this cycle was 12DPO or so I started getting cramps, but AF never showed. I was also tired, but I attributed that to having a cold and being a teacher! I tested at 16DPO (this morning!). I did have a somewhat late ovulation this cycle (CD25) but I was sure of when it happened. Sorry, no chart to link to.
I can't say that I did anything different, this was my first cycle TTC, I had charted to avoid for 2 years before that so no waiting for my body to go back to normal after BCP, and I was quite familiar with the whole temperature/mucus thing.
I feel very shocked and blessed, and hope this little one stays safe and makes his/her appearance in late June or early July.

Well, I had the craziest looking chart, and we only bd once somewhere between 1-2 days before O. The only thing we did differently was use preseed. I also didn't seem to care that much if we got pregnant that cycle. The cycle before, I was totally desperate (right after a chemical), and this one was kinda, whatever. The people I nanny for had a new baby a few days after I O'd so maybe snuggling that brand new little one helped! And I had absolutely NO symptoms and was pretty much convinced there was no way I was pregnant. I mean, I wasn't even sure I ovulated or if we had timed it well enough if I did. Guess we know how that ended!

Nothing for me felt different at all. No sore boobs, no cramps. I never get any symptoms of AF coming either, so I guess I just am not sensitive to hormones. I had a bit of pink in my cm at 11 dpo, and I always spot before my period is due, so I figured that was it. When the spotting didn't continue I began to wonder. 2 days later at 13 dpo, I got my BFP. I had been testing since 8 dpo but nothing showed up! I guess that's because I didn't even implant until 10-11 dpo.
I'm so excited to be expecting again but scared too bc we lost a baby at 9 1/2 weeks. I'm just praying this is a sticky baby!!!! I'm 4 weeks today and I have no symptoms still. My other pregnancy the symptoms started at 5 weeks, so I'm not surprised. I remember thinking I was going to be one of those people with no sickness, but that wasn't the case, it came at 5-6 weeks, but I never got sick, just felt nauseous.
So I guess my only "symptom" was the implantation spotting. Which I also had with my previous pregnancy.
I didn't do anything special really. I didn't get up to pee, I stopped using my CBFM, and this was the first month we DTD during fertile time. We BD's twice at cd 14 and cd 17 . I normally get peak readings anywhere from CD 15-18, so I was figured we covered our bases. I also sort of propped up on a pillow, but not for very long.

Haven't had a BFP recently, but I was just looking over my charts from the months prior to and including conception. I charted for a year through a miscarriage and there were no differences the two different months I conceived in temperatures except for the fact the around 7 dpo I had a second temp spike that was a little less dramatic (a difference of 0.2-0.4 degrees). If you have a second spike of 0.2 degrees the remains elevated, you are probably preggo! I had it both times and kept taking my temperature through the first trimester of the second pregnancy that year to see if I was going to have another miscarriage She stayed in there 40 weeks and 3 days and now she is nearly 17 months old! I'll see if I can't upload the chart for you ladies to see.
I also used preseed to conceive her. I had been trying for 7 months and since the previous three pregnancies happened so fast, I was getting desperate. The second month of preseed resulted in her conception so I am a believer! Good luck ladies!

1. What felt MOST DIFFERENT about your post ovulation symptoms in your BFP cycle? Did something happen that had never happened in previous cycles? Or - did it feel exactly the same? I felt fine. I had a couple of brief moments feeling very nauseas like I was ready to throw-up for sure! But that went away after about five minutes. My nipples were a bit sore. I also felt a lot of action going on in my ovaries, but I'll explain why below. AF should have arrived on day 28, instead I had supper light spotting and thought for sure it would arrive, but it didn't. The spotting was so light though, I later doubted it had been anything. A couple days later I had one dark brown spot, again I thought AF would arrive but it didn't.
I tested 18 DPO and got a positive! :
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP. We've been trying for 2 1/2 years and just recently saw an RE at the end of September (who we didn't like and made me feel hopeless, another story for another day). The RE suggested I have a HSG (hysterosalpingogram) to check if my tubes were clear. I had an appendicectomy in my early 20's (I'm 34 now) and because we've had trouble conceiving I thought for sure the results would show something was blocked. BUT, all of our tests came back normal.
After the test I felt a lot of pain in my ovaries. I also felt really hormonally moody before ovulation, which was strange. I called the doctor to ask about my results and that's when they told me everything was fine.
We BD on cycle day 12 and 14, I remember still feeling pretty crummy even though the HSG test was done on day 7.
Long story short, because I'd read that having an HSG could throw off your cycle by a couple days, I didn't test until cycle day 33. I was pretty calm the whole time waiting for AF; I really didn't want to get my hopes up, we've been disappointed a lot in the past couple years.
I did want to note that we started out trying to just figure out when I ovulated, then switched to charting, then bought a Fertility Monitor from Clearblue Easy (which I recommend). But the month we got pregnant we didn't use any of it! (From having used the Fertility Monitor for nearly a year I knew I had regular cycles and when the best days already were). We actually meant to start on cycle day 10 but I was feeling so bad I didn't remind DH. And then I felt horrible because I thought for sure we'd missed the opportunity this month. We really wanted to try this month because we'd heard having an HSG increased your chances of becoming pregnant. It sure did!
Here's the post when I found out I was pregnant: http://www.mothering.com/discussions...d.php?t=990792

Our first two TTC cycles were busts. In the first cycle, I didn't really have "symptoms" but my LP lasted 17 days -- so weird. But no luck. On the 2nd cycle, I had very little CM and came up with a fever on what was probably the day of O that lasted 2 days. I just didn't feel very hopeful for that cycle.
This cycle, I "felt" pregnant before I tested. On Thursday, 8dpo, my daughter got me up at 4am and I couldn't go back to sleep. I finally got up at 5 and worked until 6, when she got up again. I felt like crap all day but blew it off as being because of the sleep disruption. But then 9dpo I had definite cramps all day that felt like AF, except that it was way too early. I was hungry from the moment I got up until the moment I went to bed; I had 4 or 5 slices of pizza for dinner and still hungry. Saturday again, cramps, all day, and a bit of bloating. I bought HPTs, and I PIAC and dipped 2 brands Sunday morning and wasn't surprised when they both turned out clearly +.
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
Yeah, we got it on 5 times in the 4 days leading up to O. I also took Robitussin, drank gobs of green tea, and used "Pre-Seed". I laid around with my butt in the air a lot. The Pre-Seed is really the only major difference, though.
If you chart BBT - did your chart look particularly different this cycle, than in cycles past? IE: Were the temps completely different, or higher, did they take a different pattern? Did you ovulate later or earlier than usual? Basically, what I'm getting at...was there a point at which you looked at your chart and said...holy crap - I must be pregnant this time!
My thermometer died in the 2WW so alas, I stopped temping at 7dpo. The one temp at 10dpo was from a new thermometer so I don't know it it's inline with the other temps. I ovulated a day later than I anticipated, but within my normal range.
My FF chart is here
And my Ovusoft chart (which I like much better) is here
For comparison, here is my chart when I got pregnant with DD#1, where I clearly had a temp rise starting at 8dpo.
But really, I'll tell you what I think it the secret... back in 2005 when I got pregnant with DD, I was working on a novel. I got to chapter 5, then got pregnant and dropped the project. Then last month I decided, what the heck, I need something to take my mind off the TTC business, so I sign up for NaNoWriMo. Clearly that novel is a fertility charm & my body is conspiring to keep me from ever finishing it! So there you go, people... want to get pregnant? Vow to write a novel. It has totally worked for me.

I kinda knew the day we BD that something was different- I even had on a previous post that I thought we caught the egg this month. By 5-6DPO I had slight cramps (implantation!) and I knew right then that something was different. I tested at 9DPO and there it was.
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
This was our third cycle of serious trying and our 5th or so without contraception. I had bad headaches and anxiety starting in the last cycle when I think I may have had a chemical. I started seeing an acupuncturist/bodyworker to ease my stress and get rid of the anxiety and headaches. I'd had about 8 treatments before I got the bfp. She swore she did not directly treat me for fertility, but the flowing of the qi helped me to conceive. I also started on fish oil, vit D, and magnesium and changed the brand of my prenatals to a more bioavailable brand.

Nope. Nothing different at all. I hadnt been good about temping everyday after O, but O came when it usually does and temps were in the normal range.
I think it was just our time!!

Hmm. The cycle before I felt way more pregnant than the cycle where I actually got pg (I am 6.5 weeks now). The only symptom was that I felt like I was going to get my period any second. With my first pregnancy, I had the sore boobs, but I am nursing this time and haven't really had that.
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
It was my second cycle on Vitex and B6, which may have helped lengthen my LP. For the previous 3 cycles trying, I had been using an ovulation microscope to try an predict ovulation. This time I used OPKs and was temping. I realized that the saliva ferning test was completely out of sync with my EWCM, +OPK, and (later) temp rise. I may have not been BD at the best time in the 3 cycles we tried previously. If I had to do it again, I would never buy an ovulation microscope.

This is kind of embarrassing, but oh well. The day after we conceived, and for 3 days after, and had REALLY bad lower abdominal cramps after I went #2. They almost felt like diarrhea cramps, but AFTER #2, not before. The first day it hurt so bad I called DH at work. I'm not sure what was going on in there, but that's when I started to suspect that we were pregnant.
Also--the day the baby implanted I was walking around a renaissance fair, and after a few hours my back started hurting like CRAZY. I could barely concentrate on what I was doing. I'm pretty sure that is when the baby implanted.
Other than that, all of my symptoms could be attributed to PMS as well as pregnancy.
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
Yes. I took Vitex in hopes of balancing my hormones (I had been diagnosed the previous cycle with a progesterone deficiency, which the doctor refused to treat as I was still ovulating). We also had way more sex in and around ovulation time than I ever wanted to have. I think those two things contributed to our BFP.
Leave us a link to your preggo chart!
Here you go: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/216ab3
4. If you chart BBT - did your chart look particularly different this cycle, than in cycles past? IE: Were the temps completely different, or higher, did they take a different pattern? Did you ovulate later or earlier than usual?
I *think* I may have ovulated a day earlier this time, but FF doesn't show it. If you look at the chart overlay part you can see that for this cycle, the temperature rise follows last cycle's exactly, but a day earlier. Also, my post-O temps were more stable, and seemed a little higher on average. I wasn't really expecting that that meant BFP though, because we had just turned our heater on that week!
Good luck to everyone TTC!!

I don't know how many times I read and reread these posts to find some insight into my symptoms. Hope this helps!
1. What felt MOST DIFFERENT about your post ovulation symptoms in your BFP cycle? Did something happen that had never happened in previous cycles? Or - did it feel exactly the same?
I wish I could say that there was a HUGE difference, but really kind of the opposite. I felt a few twinges in my abdomen, but nothing out of the ordinary, and a couple of times I felt some weird twinges/streaks in my breasts, but they only lasted for a split second. I barely thought twice about them. Everything else was normal- even my breasts got sore on sides, exactly as if AF was coming, though I did think that the soreness started a little later than usual. I've had great energy (but this is normal). In hindsight, there were a few days about a week ago that I was constantly hungry, but again I didn't think anything of it at the time. And yesterday (the day of the BFP) I was sooooo thirsty- must of drank like 20 glasses of water!
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
The only thing I did differently this month is that I didn't obsess. I was positive I was pg last month and got myself so psyched up by the symptoms. After AF came as usual, I vowed that I was going to take a break from MDC and wasn't going to test until AF was due. I held out and when I finally poas the 2nd line showed up as the dye was traveling up to the control line. I was shocked!
Over the past few months I have tried many things. I take a prenatal, calcium, probiotics, omega, and EPO. I found the EPO greatly increased my CM. I never saw EWCM but I had tons of creamy- guess that was fertile cm for me! We tried preseed for a few months but then didn't need it after I started EPO. I also use a fertility monitor (ovacue) but I don't temp. We were dtd every day for the first 2 months but then for the last 4 we've been doing it every other day in my fertile window. However, we also continued to dtd at least every 2 days after I thought I O'ed- just in case.
I know how hard it can be to poas over and over and only get that blank, white strip. You twist and turn it hoping that if you look at it in the right way you will be able to see a line. And the disappointment month after month of having AF come. Hang on!!!

BFP 11dpo
Hi,
I just got my BFP today, we have been trying for our #2 for about 5 months, since the birth of my daughter I had a 25 day cycle with a lot of spotting, I suspected low progesteron so I did a lot of Research and tried vitex after 3 months of being constantly tired bloaded .... I heared about maca and B6 which I took for only 28 days now and got a BFP, I been feeling great with it and recomend it, but it seems like some things work for one and not for others
Here is what I did, I hope it helps people with a LPD
1cd - now started maca, b6, prenatal vitamin, baby aspirin
14cd got a + on a OPK watery cm
15cd OPK neg
16cd did not take an OPK but noted egg white Mucus so we bd, increase in libido
17cd more egg white cm and the pain in the evening I was sure ovulation took place (sometimes your body tells you more then the tests as I ovulated later then the test predicted)
19cd a lot of clear blood streaked cm only once then dry (sign that ovulated strong
normal luteal phase signs, bloadet tired, etc.
6dpo I started spotting and it looked like it always did days before AF would come, I was like I do not give in no way, so I took Magnesium, 200mg B6, and Vitex and rested a lot to boost my Progesterone level, which did increase my temps went up and on
9dpo I had this stron back ace and cramp with a litle bit of light red bleeding that stoped immediatly, to me that was a sign for Implantation bleeding.
today 11dpo I got the Positive Pregancy test on dollar tree test and clearblue digital. :
I wish you all luck and can only recoment to listen to you body It will tell you is right for you, I will continue with maca and b6 and Magnesium to avoid a miscarriage at least for the first trimester.
Thanks for reading
Claudi

I am ttc now, but will share about my first pregnancy.
It was cd14, my breasts felt bigger, cm was egg white and heavy, and I really wanted to have sex. So I knew I was ovulating. I did not, however, know that I was pregnant until a week after my Af was supposed to come.
The reason is bc I had all the symptoms of about to get my AF: My breasts were swollen and tender, I had a ton of cramps, and felt a little emotional. Very similar to AF. Hope that helps!

1. What felt MOST DIFFERENT about your post ovulation symptoms in your BFP cycle? Did something happen that had never happened in previous cycles? Or - did it feel exactly the same?
Last month, I really thought I was pregnant. I felt nauseated to the point I was stuck on the couch for a couple days. I felt a lot of pressure down in that region. Things seemed to smell stronger. I knew that I sometimes felt like that normally. I still thought I was pregnant. But, no, I was just bloated and delusional, and looking for all the wrong symptoms for me, apparently.
My temps followed a completely different pattern, you can see that in my chart. That was my first clue. That and the sudden, violent UTI-like thing I had the day after O, that came and went in 24-hours. But mostly my temps. I had a dip at 5dpo, which I got excited about until I realized it was a little early for an implantation dip. But then I found a bunch of charts on FF that showed a dip that early and eventually resulted in pregnancy. Also, for a couple days I had a backache in my lower back and mild pressure in front.
I had another temp dip at 9dpo. On that same day, I started having a nearly continuous headache that still hasn't gone away three days later. I also felt lightheaded while I was working in my kitchen in the early afternoon...I think that was actually what started the headache. I used to get dizzy quite often, even fainting a few times early in my teens, but I haven't had many problems with it as an adult and certainly never when I was standing up and moving around already. Also, I was hungry. It seemed like I was extra hungry, but I couldn't tell if I was reading into things or not.
Friday, my headache got much, much worse. Saturday, it was still there, and I didn't feel comfortable with going out and driving so I stayed on the couch all day. My DH was gone, the movie I watched was kinda lame, and so I got really bored. And hot. I noticed I was really hot, and my head hurt. Then I felt a fluttering down on the left side of my pelvic region, where I had thought I'd felt O pains and other twinges during my LP, but nothing big before that. This, though, felt like a little gentle bird flapping its wings really fast under my skin, and last for at least 10 seconds, long enough that I knew I wasn't imagining it. Also, I was REALLY hungry. Eating just made me hungrier most of the time.
Around that point I was going nuts. I was hot, headachy and bored, and I had HPTs in the house. I managed to avoid reaching for one by using an OPK, which was VERY positive when I normally don't get a line unless I'm really close to O'ing. Anyway, that destroyed my patience, so a couple hours later I caved and used an HPT...which gave me a BFP! At night! Crazy.
Also, I just kind of knew I was pregnant at 9dpo, when I had the dip. I had a really cool little omen that I now know was the little poppyseed saying "hi." But I totally second guessed myself, because my temp could have just been falling toward AF, since I'd been having short LPs.
At 12dpo, my main symptoms are still the headache and feeling hot. My temps are steadily rising from the probably implantation dip.
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
So, we'd only been trying for two months (I basically had the strategy to try everything I read that was beneficial right from the beginning), so I don't know how important it was that I was doing things differently, but this was my first month with EPO and maca. I think the EPO really helped with CM. The maca seemed to be doing good things for my energy, but I didn't start taking it soon enough to be sure it helped with TTCing. I wouldn't be surprised if it had, though, because reading about how it worked convinced me that I should have been taking it for the last three years. I also changed prenatal vitamins from Country Life Maxi Prenatal (which I'd been taking for years knowing that EVENTUALLY we'd get around to TTCing) to Rainbow Light Complete. I stopped taking a superfluous Folic Acid supplement I'd been taking for awhile out of paranoia.
Here's everything I was taking:
Rainbow Light Complete prenatals (6 a day)
B-complex (1 a day)
Vitamin D (2,000 mg, 3 times a day--nearly everyone who doesn't live in the extreme South of the US is low on Vitamin D. I've noticed a huge difference in my energy and mood since getting my Vitamin D levels high enough.)
Fish oil (four big pills of it a day)
Levothyroxine (for hypothyroidism, 25 mg a day...recently switched to this a few months ago after taking a natural thyroid medication for years, and it helped a lot)
Wellbutrin (my doctor will want to wean me off of this now...not looking forward to that, but willing to try. So far, pregnancy puts me in a good mood, so...maybe it will be okay!)
Maca (one teaspoon of powder a day)
EPO (can't remember how much, because I stopped taking it after I O'd)
Grapefruit juice (leading up to O...luckily, I LOVE grapefruits and will often squeeze my own juice anyway. This time, though, I just bought a carton of it, and I want to say that if you want to drink grapefruit juice for CM but don't like the taste, try getting a big bag of ruby red grapefruits at Costco and squeezing your own. It's so much sweeter and so much less bitter and acidic.)
We also used Preseed. For the record, it doesn't seem to have made up for my lack of EWCM last month, but I still will credit it as a help for my BFP because it did its primary job very well.
Good luck everyone!!!! I hope this helps someone. Now, I have to go eat because I'm STARVING. :

The main difference is that there were no symptoms. I felt maybe more tired, but that was it. I was lacking my usual pre-AF spotting and cramping, so that was what made me wonder...
2. Did you do anything differently in this cycle, or in preparation of this cycle, that you believe helped you get your BFP.
Well, prior to my BFP cycle, I was taking B-Fruitful, prog. cream, red raspberry leaf, zinc, etc. The BFP cycle I kinda stopped taking all those things and just took my regular vitamins. I think my body was prepared with those things, though.
I was on the 9th month TTC, though so maybe it was just time!
If you chart BBT - did your chart look particularly different this cycle, than in cycles past?
Not really. I O'd a bit earlier, but I think that was due to all the herbal stuff the cycle before. I still had 5 or 6 positive OPKs and a long "fertile cm: phase.. Temps were where they normally are post-O.

My BFP!!!
 : : : : : : : : :
I got my at 4:00am (I ovulated 4/19)
I was supposed to test today as per FF, so I didn't buy the tests until yesterday so I couldn't test. I woke up at 3:58 having to pee so bad, SO I temped and jumped out of bed!
Let me tell you this is very strange because:
1) this is my third pregnancy, and first planned
2) first cycle charting-into the cycle, but pre O
3) read TCOYF in April
4) DH failed the Fertell at home fertility test on 4/22 (I threw in the towel on TTC w/o medical intervention) DH even asked if it would be a deal breaker if I couldn't have a baby with him
5) I couldn't get a opk, and was convinced that I was having an anovulatory cycle
I temp vaginally, and DH was ALL too supportive in feeling my cervex and testing my fluid (even updated my chart and read portions of TCOYF)
My cycle is ALWAYS 27-28 days. I O'd SO late this month, but had so much stress: We had a big argument, were renovating our new house, packing the appartment, moved the 28th, I was in bed sick 29th to 4th : (and was attributing my high temps to the STREP).
OH, since going off the Nuvaring, I've felt myself ovulate (prepare to ovulate) alternate sides every month. It was confirmed this month when Sunday evening I had the pain in my ovary, and a BIG temp jump Monday Morning. We went out of town with family that weekend, and were Gone Saturday-Sunday evening. We BD Friday morning, Saturday Morning and Monday morning.
I had fatigue, and super sensitive smell. My feet hurt too. I don't know what to attribute to the stress of the renovation/move and what to the pregnancy though. :
I have 19 of 20 Answer opk test strips left, and never got a , but I noticed ewcm when we got home on the 19th
to you all for your support!!! I'm 35 now (36) in September, and expected to be on here longer, given DH's Fertell results. Goes to show there is hope!!!
Please be healthy, keep your sanity and faith
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers on 4/23 I had an annual, and I got back abnormal result on Tuesday (doctor called me himself) 5/21 I go in for an in depth observation/biopsies...Please let this not affect the pregnancy. I am pregnant and I hope I stay that way!!!
I hope I didn't give TMI, and if you want more, just ask

-K
PS I'm posting this in The One, and NO Stressors No Testors (as well as testimonial).
