We planted this last year, but I don't remember the name. It is a bush that just started blooming now. Anyone know???

Thanks!

Hmmm, very interesting bush; beautiful, too. I did a little searching and am coming up with pink Tartarian honeysuckle bush as a possibility. The leafs look right and if you search hard enough, there are photos with blooms that look very similar. Good Luck!

Are you sure it's not a native or flame azalea? They look a little different than the hybrid varieties and have the long pistils and stamens sticking out like that. Yours is quite beautiful.

Here's a google image search for "native azalea". See if any of those match yours. I can't see the leaf well enough to be sure, but I'm about 95% sure.

The native honeysuckles (I have a coral honeysuckle) can be bushy, but they are a vine and need something to climb up IME or they'll fall back on themselves.
