Hi, I have a question. Do you *have to have* multiple plants for pollination of blueberries ???? And if so, what varieties will cross pollinate well with a "jubilee" variety????
I don't anything other than my Nana (experienced gardner) telling me she never had success b/c she didn't have an other plant for pollination. Hope that helps a little
As I understand it some varieties are self pollinators and will produce fruit without another variety around. But even those get better results with a pollinator around. If you don't have a self-pollinator then you will need another variety in order to get fruit.
A quick google found this page with pollinator info for different varieties.
